You
can purchase a XeroStar System or Parts by phone, fax or email.
With
these methods you will need to supply your credit card details to us.
We
are allowed to accept this payment method if the purchase is authorised
by our Credit Card Merchant Bank.
We
accept Mastercard, Bankcard, Visa and American Express.
Your
details will remain strictly confidential.
ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFER

Transfer direct to our bank account can be arranged.

CHECKS
- INTERNATIONAL
International
- Bank Checks can be accepted, but a surcharge of
$10
(AUS) will be added to your account to cover processing.
CHEQUES
- PERSONAL
Personal
cheques within Australia will be accepted but shipping will be delayed
until the cheque is cleared.
A
note about hose lengths
If
your order includes hoses:
Measure
the length of hose that you'll require to run from the separator to the
surgery & filter. Measure the distance carefully to ensure an
accurate fit without the need for stretching the hose. Remember to
allow for the up and down movement of the chair if you are going
to mount the filter unit on the dental chair / unit. Allow a little extra
for bends and ease of connection.
The
main hose (25mm ID) can be supplied in any length. A suitable
hose joiner can be supplied in case you need to extend the hose or
repair damaged sections. We recommend that you install the XeroStar
Separator as close as possible to your surgery. Generally speaking,
the suction power available will be inversely proportional to the length
of the hose between separator and chairside filter.

Insurance
It's
a good idea to insure your goods in case of damage or loss in transit.
We
can arrange this for you at nominal charge before the goods are sent.

will let you know what the total cost will be before payment & shipping.

Orders
We
will endeavour to deliver by the fastest possible method - usually courier
/ air freight. You may choose whichever method of delivery that suits you.
International
orders sent door to door by Air Freight or Australia Post.
Air
Freight to nearest major airport is also possible.
We
will post you a detailed account and receipt for your records at the end
of the month.
Can
I order spare parts?
Yes,
in the rare case that you need a part for any reason, a comprehensive range
of spare parts is available at very reasonable prices. We aim to give good
back-up service.
XeroJet
XeroJet
is available in 5 or 20 litre containers. Discounts apply to quantities
over 5 litres. Larger quantities available on request can be sent
by IBC.

If
