A  word from the CEO

I started work on this dental suction project after being disillusioned with 
proprietary equipment that I had purchased from a local supplier. 
I thought it must be possible to build a system that is more reliable!
Dentistry is difficult enough without the added aggravation and costs 
caused by the breakdown of equipment!

The XeroStar Suction System has been running reliably in my practice for over 10 years.
Since the first prototype was installed, I have never had to call a repairman 
(for the suction system anyway!)

Introduction to the Concept

Do you need a new suction system and can't afford it ? 
Are you setting up a new surgery and trying to keep costs down ? 
Is your present suction system unreliable and costly to maintain ?

We have the answer! 

The new XeroStar surgery suction system is a low cost, low maintenance alternative. 
It was designed by a dentist and has been tested for four years before being put into production. 

The suction is provided by a vacuum cleaner motor or any available suction motor will do. We have purpose-built vacuum motors as well.

Experience has shown us that a vacuum cleaner will easily last more than 3 years in everyday service. (intermittent service)
It's replacement is quick, simple and inexpensive. 

A clever feature of the handpiece actuator is that there are no troublesome micro switches. The optimal airflow gives this system more power than you would expect and is adjustable.  An excellent feature is a disposable filter cartridge that cuts messy cleaning.

A non-return valve stops back flow of air and associated odour problems. A bio-enzyme liquid called XeroJet is recommended to stop detritus build up in the hoses and eliminate odours. 

The separator can be fitted to an outside wall or  placed in a utility room and Joins directly to the plumbing. Connection to the water supply is not required.

The XeroStar is very easy to install and comes complete with instructions, hoses and fittings.  This simple new concept completely eliminates costly downtime, loss of productivity and costly repair bills. 
For dentists wishing to use existing chairside equipment, and utilise only the XeroStar separator, an optional control module is available that allows the use of existing chairside switches.
